Support Teammates: Always offer encouragement and assistance to fellow team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Team Unity: Participate in team activities and events, both on and off the field, to strengthen our bond as a family.

Positive Attitude: Approach every practice and game with a positive mindset and self-belief, knowing that confidence is key to success.
Personal Growth: Set personal goals and work diligently to achieve them, embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement.
- Sportsmanship
Fair Play: Adhere to the rules of the game and respect the decisions of coaches and officials.
Grace in Victory and Defeat: Celebrate wins with humility and accept losses with dignity, always recognizing the efforts of opponents.
- Respect
Respect for All: Treat coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and fans with respect and courtesy at all times.
Listening and Learning: Show respect for the game by listening to coaches and being open to constructive criticism and guidance.
- Hustle
Maximum Effort: Give 100% effort in every practice, game, and drill, demonstrating commitment and dedication to the team.
Perseverance: Show determination and resilience, never giving up regardless of the circumstances or score.
General Conduct
Punctuality: Arrive on time for all practices, games, and team events, ready to participate and contribute.
Preparedness: Come prepared with the necessary equipment and a readiness to play and practice.
Cleanliness: Maintain personal and team equipment, and keep shared spaces clean and organized.
Positive Representation: Represent the Auburn Junior Doubledays with pride and integrity, both on and off the field, understanding that your actions reflect on the entire team.
Consequences for Non-Compliance
Warning: Players who do not adhere to the code of conduct will receive a warning from the coaching staff.
Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension from practices or games.
Permanent Suspension: Continued non-compliance with the code of conduct may lead to permanent removal from the team.
By following this Player Code of Conduct, each member of the Auburn Junior Doubledays contributes to a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment. We hold ourselves and each other accountable to these standards, ensuring that we grow as athletes and individuals.
